Stuck in my Head #11 - Highway Rollers (Wii Party U) by Ichiro Shimakura, Toshika Aida, Ryosuke Asami

Recently, I busted out the Nintendo Wii U from my retro video game console collection and was playing Wii Party U with some friends. If you haven't heard of Wii Party U (or it's predecessor, Wii Party) it is very similar to Mario Party but instead of Mushroom Kingdom characters being the protagonists, it is Mii characters. While playing Highway Rollers (one of the game modes) I was instantly reminded of just how catchy some of the music in the game is. Enter the namesake song found below:


For being such a simple BGM song, I find this living "Rent Free" in my head now and can't stop bopping to it! Now it's stuck in my head for a little while until I'm onto the next song!

Stuck in my Head #6 & #7 - Breakbot - Shades of Black and Mark Morrison - Return of the Mack

Here's a couple more songs that have been stuck in my head lately. The first one is Breakbot's Shades of Black which came from playing the Nadeo / Ubisoft game Trackmania Turbo . Whenever this track would come on, I swear I was racing better! It has such a catchy funky groove to it and a catchy bassline. Give it a listen below and I hope you like it as much as I do! The second song is Mark Morrison's Return of the Mack. I heard this song back in October at a halloween party I attended. It's a rather simplistic R&B song but I'll be damned if it didn't stick in my head. I found myself randomly singing the chorus and humming the bassline over the last few months and maybe you will too after you listen to it below.
